Have A Look at the Amazon Echo Show 5!
The Amazon Echo Show 5 is a simple smallish smart home system. This device is an efficient, consolidated smart assistant with a screen. Talking about it, the front surface is almost all screen display, and its whole body is not much more considerable than a portable speaker.
Let us discuss the design and structure, this Echo Show is in the Charcoal finish, i.e. a dark grey-black. The front panel of the Echo Show 5’s display is 5.5″ across, and the angled back doubles as both a speaker and also a stand. The box of this device includes the essentials such as the device itself, a charging cord, and a shiny black power adapter.
Moving further, this device by Amazon is a compact smart display that’s most useful used as a smart alarm clock or a desk partner in a home office. The 5.5-inches 960 x 480-pixel touchscreen is shining and colorful. It further functions as a monitor for a security cam or video doorbell.
Internally, this Show 5 runs on the MediaTek MT8163 chipset as the previous version and it uses the 1.65-inch speaker driver for audio.
As far as the MediaTek MT8163 processor goes, it is a highly incorporated chipset that incorporates a 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 MPCore, 3-mp camera ISP, DDR3/L up to 800MHz, and high-definition 1080p video decoder. This processor helps tablet makers to make high-performance tabletswith 3D gaming, a PC-like browser, and cinema-class home entertainment experiences.
One other hardware change is that the 1-MP front-facing camera has been replaced by a 2-MP cam.
Furthermore, for content, we can ask Alexa to stream some music, shows, and films from an assortment of services. The Echo Show 5 sustains audio from Apple Music, Amazon Music, Audible, SiriusXM, and also our favorite Spotify. We can also ask for videos from the OTT platforms like Amazon Prime Video and Netflix but the tiny screen is not the most comfortable way to watch a film. More targeted news and activity benefits are also available via Alexa, like Food Network Kitchen for recipes, NPR for news, and Red Bull TV for sports. There are many more things to it.
I think it is a subtle device. What do you think?
